1. Eligibility for Returns

Note: For health and hygiene reasons, wellness and consumable products (e.g., supplements, tablets) cannot be returned once opened or used unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping address.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been shipped. Contact us immediately at our Email.
