  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer delivery across India.

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (if available):

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Additional charges may apply

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, local service availability, or unforeseen delays such as weather or strikes.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for orders above ₹2000.

  • A flat rate of ₹150 is charged for orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Express shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your order directly via the carrier’s website or through the link provided.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Delivery times and charges vary by country. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

 

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@orangeleaf.com with your order number for assistance.

 

7. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
